All of our brownies, blondies, and cakes are baked to order, and we do not accept returns. Please note that once your order is dispatched from Ooh LaLa's Bakery, you will receive an email containing your tracking details.
We offer UPS/USPS delivery guidelines based on their published recommendations. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for any delivery issues, including late deliveries, once the order has been dispatched from our kitchen. However, we will always do our very best to understand and resolve issues on your behalf.
Where delivery is requested, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure a complete and correct address is supplied, along with a correct phone number for contact. It is also the customer’s responsibility that there is someone to accept the delivery at the address.
Please note that our postal brownies and blondies may not fit through the letterbox. We cannot accept responsibility for late or missing deliveries due to insufficient or incorrect information supplied, or because there is no one to accept delivery.
Refunds, credit notes, or a replacement order to the same value will be given only in the event that you receive the incorrect product, or if the products are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality. Should this be the case, or if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your postal bakes upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Ooh LaLa's Bakery will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted. This will be at the discretion of Ooh LaLa's Bakery.
Returns & Refunds Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges. We are not responsible for damaged products. Once you or a designated party has picked up an order/accepted a delivered order, it is considered "accepted". Refunds requested due to decorating style, writing, color shade, or general design will not be honored after accepting your order. If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, then we hope you try something different next time! However, a refund will not be given.
By making a purchase, booking an event, or placing an order with us, whether in-person, over the phone, or via email, you agree to be bound by our Store Policies. It is the responsibility of you (the customer) to review our policies as they relate to your purchase, event, or special order.
Customers who have made full payment will receive a 50% refund for orders cancelled at least 7 days before the collection/delivery date. Orders cancelled within 5 days of delivery/collection will not be entitled to a refund, although refunds and credit notes may be given at our discretion.
We hope that you will love your order. However, if you are in any way unsatisfied with the condition or quality of your celebration cake, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us in writing within 24 hours of receipt, by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including relevant photographic evidence of the issue. Ooh LaLa's Bakery will not accept liability for any complaints made after this time.
We will require you to return the product to us for inspection in the event of a complaint. Subject to our report on the claimed damage; we will, at the discretion of Ooh LaLa's Bakery, provide a refund, credit note, or a replacement order to the same value of the returned product in the event that the product(s) are shown to be of unsatisfactory quality.
Ooh LaLa's Bakery will not be liable for any costs incurred by you in returning your unusable goods to us.
Any credits or refunds will be given entirely at our discretion.
